Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping to the UK on all orders. We also ship to the USA, Europe, and beyond. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take?
Custom illustrated mugs require up to 24 hours for your illustration to be created, then dispatched within 2–3 working days. We'll keep you updated at every stage.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the USA, all EU countries, and many more destinations worldwide. Delivery to the US typically takes 3–6 business days, and most European countries receive orders within 1–6 business days.

Custom Pet Mugs

How do I send my pet's photo?
Once you've placed your order, email your photo to sales@muggedoff.store with your order number. A clear, front-facing photo in good lighting works best.

What pets can you illustrate?
Any pet! Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs — if it means something to you, we'll illustrate it.

Will I see the illustration before it's printed?
Yes, always. We send you a preview and won't print until you're completely happy with it.

Can I request changes to the illustration?
Absolutely. We'll work with you until you love it. Revisions are included.

Can I add a name or personal message?
Yes! Let us know at checkout or in your email when you send the photo. We can add a name, date, or short message.

Returns & Refunds

What if I'm not happy with my mug?
If there's a quality issue or your mug arrives damaged, we'll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Email sales@muggedoff.store with a photo of the issue.

Can I return a standard (non-custom) mug?
Yes. Return an unused, undamaged mug within 14 days for a full refund. Return postage is at the buyer's cost.

Can I return a custom illustrated mug?
Custom mugs are made specifically for you, so we can't accept returns unless there's a quality issue. If the final mug doesn't match the approved preview, we'll make it right.
