Shipping Policy
Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.
How Long Will My Order Take? All of our products are printed to order especially for you. Please allow:
- 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and fulfilled
- 3–5 business days for delivery once dispatched
In total, please allow up to 10 business days from the date of your order to receiving it. In most cases it will be sooner than this.
Order Confirmation Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a further email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Delays During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and other peak times, fulfilment and delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We will always do our best to keep you informed.
Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of placing it, please contact us at sales@muggedoff.store and we'll look into it straight away.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Mugged Off cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
