Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Mugged Off purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Our products are printed to order Because every item is made specifically for you, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrectly ordered items — wrong size, wrong colour, or simply changed your mind. Please double check your order before completing your purchase.
Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Take a photo showing the issue and email us at sales@muggedoff.store with a brief description. We'll sort it out promptly.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Haven't received your refund? Check your bank account first, then contact your card provider as processing times vary. If you've done both and still haven't received it, email us at sales@muggedoff.store.
Sale items Sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged or defective.
Return shipping You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service for items over £25 as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
